All of the products (boxes) received were a complete disaster. I have been trying to reach a resolution with the supplier and Alibaba for almost a month at this point and after providing all the proof, they have not offered any kind of reasonable and fair resolution. Instead, they indirectly threatened and basically told me to take a partial refund or not get anything at all.
I want to make sure that the extent of all the damages and defects are clear. The products received have SEVERAL issues.
Almost all of the boxes received are either defective, have stains/scratches, have extremely poor craftsmanship, don't match with the provided sample quality, and/or are physically damaged. This supplier either does not do quality check at all, or intentionally scams people. They were even willing to do insurance fraud by putting the blame on the shipping company. The supplier is an absolute disaster and a scam.

We could understand the buyer's feeling completely about the partial products be damaged during the transportation. We believe that Alibaba's adjudication is fair and reasonable, so we 100% compensated the buyer for all products demaged. Hope the buyer wouldn't stretch the truth and slander other people, which is meaningless and bad manners. Anyway, many thanks the buyer's comments, which means a great deal to our factory.
